We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we’re here to help! Here's everything you need to know about exchanging your order with us:
Timeline:
If you'd like to request an exchange, please do so within 48 hours of receiving your order. No return after 7 days.
What Can Be Exchanged:
We’re happy to exchange items that are unused, undamaged, and still in their original packaging.
What Can’t Be Exchanged:
We’re unable to offer exchanges on personalized items, discounted products, sale items, or purchases made using coupons or gift vouchers.
Size Concerns:
Ordered the wrong size? No worries—just reach out to us at contact@thewrapwhisperers.com within 48 hours, and we’ll help you out.
Received a Defective Product?
Oops! If something arrives damaged or defective, please email us at contact@thewrapwhisperers.com within 48 hours, along with clear photos or videos. Customers are responsible for sending the product back.
Reverse Pickup & Charges:
We offer reverse pickups within India. There’s a small fee of Rs. 200 that covers both pickup and delivery of the exchanged product.
Out of Stock?
If your preferred item isn’t available for exchange, we’ll issue a credit note for the same value to use on your next purchase.
