At TheWrapWhisperers, we strive to ensure that every order is carefully packed and delivered safely to your doorstep. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing

  • Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
  • During festive seasons, promotional events, or unforeseen circumstances, processing timelines may be slightly extended.
  • Personalized and made-to-order products require additional processing time and are generally dispatched within 4–7 business days. Production timelines may vary depending on the level of customization and order volume. While we make every effort to dispatch customized orders within the estimated timeframe, slight delays may occur during peak seasons or due to factors beyond our control.

Delivery Timeline

Orders are shipped from NCT of Delhi through our trusted logistics partners.

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch are as follows:

  • Delhi NCR: 1–3 business days
  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Locations Across India: 3–7 business days

These are estimated delivery timelines and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, regional serviceability, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via Email and/or SMS, along with your tracking details so you can monitor the status of your shipment.

Express & Urgent Deliveries

If you require an urgent delivery, please contact our Customer Support team before placing your order.

While we will make every effort to accommodate urgent requests, express delivery is subject to product availability, delivery location, production timelines, and courier serviceability.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for selected serviceable locations across India.
  • A COD handling fee of ₹60 is applicable on all COD orders.
  • Free Shipping is available on eligible prepaid orders within India.
  • If a Cash on Delivery order is repeatedly refused or cancelled after shipment, TheWrapWhisperers reserves the right to decline future COD orders from the same customer.

  • Government restrictions
  • Courier partner delays
  • Remote or inaccessible delivery locations
